A. You require to sign-in to access the content on ASK. Please use the log-in credentials you received from your institution or training provider or certification body after registering in its training or certification program. Remember, since the access to content on ASK is gated, it is open only for individuals registered with ASK partner organizations, universities, certification bodies and institutions.

Q. How do new users Sign-in?
A. Only candidates registered in programs of clients and partner of the Ai Skool can access courses and learning material. New users can sign-in after creating their account and completing their registration in any of the programs offered by ASK partner institutions.
Q. What should I do if I forget my password?
A. Click 'Forget Password', on the sign-in page of The Ai Skool. Enter your registered email id, you will be sent the link to reset your password with your registered email address. In case your problem is not yet resolved, please contact the Support Team at [email protected]
Q. What are the technology requirements to smoothly operate ASK on my computer?
A. You need to have a computer running one of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows, version XP or greater (XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 and 10); Apple OS X, version 9 or higher; most distributions that have been released within the past two years should work.

A. To the best of what we can do, we ensure that the content available on Ai Skool (ASK) is always the latest, and covers most of the popular and contemporary platforms, tools, libraries and technologies. The ASK content is prepared by independent practitioners, individual experts and leading publishers.
Q. Is the ASK content aligned to any University or Institution?
No. In fact, no university, or institution or certification agency is involved at any stage in the development or distribution of content on the Ai Skool. The curricula followed by content creators is distilled from those prescribed by leading global institutions and organizations like Google, Amazon, ARTIBA and Microsoft among others. The copyrights belong to individual authors and publishers.

A. Online workshops, or books or reading material are not a standard or mandatory for all bundles. So, the video content provided on ASK may or may not have companion workshops or books or reading material. Please check the specific course-bundle to find out the inclusions.
Q. What do I have to pay to access content on ASK? What other languages can I get content in?
A. No, you do not need to pay for learning on this portal. You only need an authorization to access the resources. The content is currently available only in English.
Q. How can I resume where I left off after being interrupted?
A. Once you click on the chapters you would like to continue; our program is designed to resume from where you have previously left off. You can also mark your content file incomplete; in case you want to continue later.

A. No, The Ai Skool is neither a certification provider, nor an exam or testing service. ASK is only an online learning platform designed to help learners get in-depth knowledge of the relevant course. It supports your learning.
Q. Can I download the content available on ASK?
A. No, all content available on ASK is copyright protected, therefore, cannot be downloaded. To access the content, the student needs to have internet access.
Q. How do I know that I have completed a course?
A. Be sure that you have opened and reviewed every page or slide of the course and seen all of the content of videos in the Online Learning Platform. Additionally, if there are interactive questions or assessments, be sure to complete those. The update depends on the speed of your bandwidth.
